We work closely with agents and property managers during any lease period and have all the trades you could require to keep your properties in the best condition.

Once a lease is up we will meet you at your property, with one point of contact organise a list with you and have all the works coordinated and completed by fully licensed trades people and have your property back to you in minimal time ready to be lived in again.

There will be no need for to ring a plumber,  a electrician, a carpenter and a painter and then try and get them in the right order or not have them working on-top of one another. When we are done we will provide a full builders/vacate clean.
